The former president's Family Member Gets Professional Tips from Tiger Woods Ahead of Professional Golf Debut
This young athlete has impressive social media presence
Kai Trump can count on plenty of high-profile cheerleaders as she starts her LPGA debut on Thursday.
This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, obtained a sponsor's invitation to participate at Florida's Annika event in Florida.
The former president, someone who loves golf, possesses multiple international courses and often competes against Kai.
"He's fairly competent. I can't reveal details but we have tight competitions," she mentioned.
The golfer shared that Trump, unable to come, told her: "Just avoid anxiety."
"He essentially told me to play and have fun," she continued.
"In my eyes, he's just a regular grandfather. He can't make it this weekend. He's occupied with world affairs, making him somewhat preoccupied."
As an amateur, Kai has played in a mere three competitions recently and holds position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.
Yet she's able to get advice from golf legend, romantically involved with Kai's mother.
"He is the top athlete worldwide," Kai expressed.
"Furthermore, he's an even better individual. He advised me to compete, relax, and go with whatever happens."
Kai will face some of most prominent players in professional golf at the Annika, such as world number two Nelly Korda, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.
Officials commented that her participation brings the sport to wider groups, specifically among younger fans.
Kai maintains millions of followers and has started an exclusive clothing and lifestyle brand.
She begins at 5:30 PM GMT.
